What is NamaChain?
NamaChain is an identity and key management platform for web2 and web3. It gives people and companies passwordless, phishing-resistant login and protects the private keys behind it, so a leaked email or a data breach cannot be turned into a lost account or a drained wallet.
How is NamaChain different from a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor?
A hardware wallet protects the key on a device you have to carry, back up, and never lose. NamaChain protects the identity layer around the key, which is where most real losses actually begin. The hardware rarely fails. People get phished, reuse passwords, or leak personal data, and NamaChain is built to close exactly that gap.
Can you recover a crypto wallet without a seed phrase?
With most self-custody wallets, the seed phrase is the only way back in, and if you lose it the funds are gone. NamaChain takes a different approach to key management so that access does not depend on a fragile string of words written on paper. Our QiPass product, for example, regenerates your master key from your username and passphrase and never stores it anywhere.
Does NamaChain hold my keys or my crypto? Is it self-custody?
No. NamaChain is designed so that we do not hold your private keys or your funds. Keys are protected on your side, and in products like QiPass the vault is encrypted on your device before it is ever stored, so there is nothing sensitive for us or an attacker to take from a server.
How does NamaChain protect against phishing?
Phishing works by tricking a person into handing over a password, a seed phrase, or an approval. NamaChain removes the thing the attacker is fishing for. There is no shared password to steal and no seed phrase to type into a fake site, so a convincing message has far less to work with.
What are Phantom Key Protocols?
Phantom Key Protocols are NamaChain's approach to key management where keys are never sitting whole in one place waiting to be stolen. Because no single location holds everything, one breach can no longer hand an attacker the keys to everything at once, which is how most large crypto losses happen today.
Does NamaChain work for non-technical users?
Yes, and that is the point. NamaChain onboards non-technical users to web3 without changing how they already log in. There is no seed phrase to write down and no browser extension to install. People sign in the way they are used to, and the key management runs underneath.
What is QiPass?
QiPass is the first public product built on NamaChain. It is a personal vault for your keys and secrets whose master key is never stored anywhere, only regenerated on your device from your username and passphrase. You also choose where the encrypted vault lives, from your own device to your own cloud.
What is Qalyx and how does it use NamaChain?
Qalyx is a crypto intelligence platform that turns on-chain and market activity into clear, timely insight. It uses NamaChain for identity and key management, so its accounts and sensitive access are protected by the same passwordless, phishing-resistant layer NamaChain offers everyone else.
Which blockchains does NamaChain support?
NamaChain is built for both web2 and web3 and works across major chains including Ethereum, Polygon, Polkadot, and NEAR, so you are not locked into a single ecosystem.
How do I get started with NamaChain?
